Why Join Our Team

VERDA Water is building the future of water infrastructure for healthcare. Sterile Processing Departments, ASCs, and clinical environments depend on water that is consistent, compliant, and resilient—yet many facilities continue to rely on aging systems that put uptime, operational efficiency, and patient safety at risk. We’re changing that.

We design, deliver, and support modern water systems that help hospitals eliminate preventable downtime, meet evolving regulatory standards, and elevate the quality of care. By combining engineering expertise, service excellence, and clinical insight, we solve critical challenges that directly impact healthcare operations.

At VERDA Water, you’ll have the opportunity to help transform a critical but often overlooked component of healthcare operations. As part of a growing and innovative team, you’ll work directly with healthcare leaders to improve water quality, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and patient safety across hospitals and surgical facilities. This role offers the autonomy to build meaningful customer relationships, the support of experienced technical and clinical experts, and the chance to make a measurable impact on healthcare outcomes. If you’re energized by solving complex challenges, driving growth, and contributing to a mission that matters, you’ll find both purpose and opportunity at VERDA Water.
