A Message to our Customers & Partners from Jeffrey Paquet, CEO
As the novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) and the disease it causes (COVID-19) continues to spread, I want to assure you that mmic® Medical Systems is taking all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our employees, their families, our customers and our community.
Our company’s management team is actively monitoring the national COVID-19 outbreak and assessing its impact. We are following recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and regional authorities and sharing these recommendations with our employees so they can protect themselves, their families our subcontractors and our customers against the transmission of this virus.
While safety is our prime concern, mmic® Medical Systems already has a process in place with its 24/7 call-in system to ensure continued service to our customers. Currently, mmic® Medical Systems’ office remains open. If closing our physical location becomes necessary for the safety of our employees, subcontractors, customers and community, mmic® Medical Systems will advise all affected parties accordingly. In the event of the company closing, the current 24/7 call-in system will provide customers with the ability to report any issues by using this service during all hours. In person meetings and customer site visits will likely be suspended during a closure period.
While our goal is to maintain the highest level of service during this health crisis, we recognize that there will be things that will be out of our control and our services may be impacted. If you have any questions or concerns regarding mmic® Medical Systems’ service during this time, please contact your Account Manager. If you are unable to reach your Account Manager and need additional assistance, you may call us at 866-540-5502 and the employee on call will respond or you may email us through the contact form on our website; www.mmicmedicalsystems.com. We will post updates on our website if we need to curtail normal operations.
As this situation evolves, we will continue to provide you with information and service to the very best of our abilities.
